Culturally Responsive

We recognize the importance of culturally responsive care in supporting birthing people and their families. We strive to provide care that is respectful of each person's unique experiences, values, and beliefs. Our team includes doulas and healthcare professionals who are trained in cultural competency, ensuring that every client receives care that is tailored to their individual needs.

Gender Affirming

We understand that the gender journey is unique for everyone and that birthing people who identify as transgender or nonbinary may face additional challenges when seeking healthcare. Our team of healthcare professionals and doulas are trained to provide inclusive care that is affirming of each client's gender identity, expression, and pronouns.

Community Care

We believe that community support is a crucial component of maternal healthcare. That's why we offer a supportive community to birthing people and their families in the Bronx. Our community includes a network of doulas, healthcare professionals, and other families who have shared similar experiences.
