Bx (Re)Birth is a reproductive and birth justice collective comprised of experienced doulas, midwives, and lactation counselors. We have a track record of supporting healthy births, by meeting the complete needs of the birthing person.

Why work with a doula?
Doulas provide support to people at every stage along the reproductive spectrum including pre-conception, pregnancy, birth, abortion and postpartum.
Support
Continuous support from a doula has been proven to lead to better birth outcomes. The support of a doula during the postpartum phase contributes to a reduction in the occurrence of postpartum mood and anxiety disorders.
Proficiency
Our Doulas undergo training and continued professional development related to birth and various stages along the reproductive spectrum. BxR doulas receive regular coaching from highly experienced doulas, along with support from peers.
Compassion
Doulas recognize the humanity in every individual regardless of society's and systems' refusal to do so. To this end, we approach our work with you from a space of compassion, factoring in your whole self and the circumstances impacting your health and well-being.

Economic Justice: free diapers, wipes, & formula.
Our work began by organizing to meet the material needs of families in our community. We have since pivoted to apply greater focus on building out our doula services program. We continue to accept requests for diapers, wipes and formula on a rolling basis. To request supplies, please email info@bxrebirth.org
Helping protect
abortion rights.
We're actively involved in local and national efforts to protect and maintain access to abortion rights, because we believe that abortion access is an essential component of reproductive healthcare.

We provide abortion doula support to individuals who are seeking abortion care. Our team of compassionate doulas offers emotional and physical support throughout the abortion process, helping individuals feel empowered and supported during a potentially challenging time.
We believe that everyone has the right to make their own decisions about their reproductive health and well-being. That's why we advocate for policies that protect and expand access to abortion care, and we work to educate our community about the importance of reproductive justice for all.
